Tianhua Du

Bai Zu, born in Dali, Yunnan, China, graduated in 2024 from the Oil Painting Department, School of Fine Arts, Yunnan Arts University, earning a Bachelor’s degree. Since 2024, he has been pursuing graduate studies at the same institution, specializing in oil painting. His work reconstructs spaces and situations from memory, developing a distinctive painterly language that navigates between figurative representation and subjective expression. His paintings have received the Basic Award at the 5th “Art and Rhythm” Academy Awards and have been selected for the Young Oil Painting Exhibition.
