Zhang Ting 

is a faculty member at the School of Fine Arts, Yunnan Arts University. She holds a Master’s degree from the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, as well as a Master’s degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), USA, and is currently a Visiting Scholar at Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. Her works have been selected for exhibitions and festivals including the 2nd International Exhibition of Art and Science, the Pingyao International Photography Festival, the Academy Art Exhibition in Washington, Dimension Crossing: Yunnan New Media Art Exhibition, the China Women’s Video Art Exhibition in Mexico, the Dali International Photography Exhibition, and Within Reach: City and Water Art Exhibition in Italy. She has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Merit Award at the HKIPP Asian Photography Awards (Hong Kong), an Honorary Mention for the Toby Devan Lewis Fellowship, a Finalist Award at the 1st Yangtze River International Photography & Video Biennale, an artist residency in Zurich, and the International Photography Awards (IPA).
